Repeal and re-enactment of Part II of Second Schedule

Part II of the Second Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act is repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Part IIOffences under Other LawsImmigration Act (Cap. 81)...Sections 5, 6, 8(5), 9(4), 19, 26, 36 and 56.Betting Act (Cap. 95)...Sections 3, 4 and 5.Common Gaming Houses Act (Cap. 96)...Sections 6(1) and 7(2).Trade Marks Act (Cap. 206)...Sections 69A, 69C and 70.Arms and Explosives Act (Cap. 238)...Sections 5, 8, 18, 22 and 30(2).Dangerous Fireworks Act, 1972 (Act 24/72)...Section 5.”.
