Clause 1
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment) Act, 1980.(2) Sections 2(b), 2(c) and 3(a) shall have effect for the year of assessment 1979 and subsequent years of assessment.(3) Sections 2(a), 7, 8(b), 10, 11 and 12 shall have effect for the year of assessment 1980 and subsequent years of assessment.

Sections 2(b), 2(c) and 3(a) shall have effect for the year of assessment 1979 and subsequent years of assessment.

Sections 2(a), 7, 8(b), 10, 11 and 12 shall have effect for the year of assessment 1980 and subsequent years of assessment.
