Clause 4

Membership of Provisional Authority

The Provisional Authority shall consist of the following members: —

(a)

a Chairman appointed by the President;

(b)

a Deputy Chairman appointed by the Minister; and

(c)

not less than three nor more than thirteen other members appointed by the Minister.
