Clause 27

knowingly falsifies any record of any computer system maintained by the Board by the addition, deletion or modification of any information contained in that record; or

knowingly provides false information with intent that it should be included in any computer system maintained by the Board,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars or to both such imprisonment and fine.
