Clause 5
Membership of the Board
(1)
The Board shall consist of eight members to be appointed by the Minister of whom —
(a)
two members shall have special knowledge of the computer services industry and shall be appointed in consultation with such bodies as the Minister considers appropriate;
(b)
one member shall represent the Economic Development Board;
(c)
one member shall represent the National University of Singapore;
(d)
one member shall represent the Ministry of Education; and
(e)
one member shall represent the Ministry of Finance.
(2)
The Minister may appoint a member of the Board to be its Chairman.
