Clause 10

Where the events resulting in the liability of any person under section 3 also resulted in a corresponding liability under the law of another Convention country, sections 8 and 9 shall apply as if the references to sections 3 and 7 included references to the corresponding provisions of that law and the references to sums paid into Court included references to any sums secured under these provisions in respect of the liability.
