Constitution of the Institute
(1)
The Institute shall be governed by the provisions of the Constitution of the Institute set out in the Schedule to this Act.
(2)
The Minister may, on the advice of the Council, amend the Constitution of the Institute by order published in the Gazette.
(3)
Statutes and regulations of the Institute made under the Constitution of the Institute shall not be deemed to be subsidiary legislation.
