Amendment of section 7
Section 7 of the Road Traffic Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection: —“(3) The President may appoint different grades of Assistant Registrars for the purposes of this Act.”; and
(b)
by re-numbering the existing subsections (3) and (4) as subsections (4) and (5), respectively.
