Clause 18
Retention of prohibited films by the Board
(1)
Where the Board has prohibited the exhibition of any film or any part of any film, it may retain the film or any excised part of the film until it is exported or is disposed of under section 28.
(2)
On request by the person who submitted the film for censorship the Board shall return the film or any part of any film retained under subsection (1) if the Board is satisfied that the person intends to take or send the film out of Singapore.
