Clause 22

Advertisement of films for exhibition prohibited unless approved by the Board

(1)

No person shall advertise or cause to be advertised the exhibition or distribution of any film unless the advertisement has been approved by the Board.

(2)

Any person who advertises or causes to be advertised any film where the advertisement in respect of the film has not been approved by the Board under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars.
