Clause 4
Procedure of the Board
(1)
The Board may act notwithstanding any vacancy in its membership.
(2)
The quorum at all meetings of the Board shall be two in addition to the Chairman.
(3)
The Chairman shall have a casting vote in addition to his deliberative vote.
(4)
Subject to the provisions of this Act the Board shall regulate its own procedure.
