Amendment of section 3

Section 3 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “A strike” in the first line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “An industrial action”;

(b)

by deleting the word “strikers” in paragraph (a) of subsection (1) and substituting the words “persons taking part in the industrial action”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “strikes” in the marginal note and substituting the words “industrial action”.
