Amendment of section 22

Section 22 of the Customs Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “goods” in the second line of subsection (1), the words “other than motor spirit”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “goods” in the marginal note, the words “other than motor spirit”.
