Amendment of section 4

Section 4 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection: —“(1) The Director, Deputy Director, assistant directors and special investigators of the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code (Cap. 103).”.
