Amendment of section 15
Section 15 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “, the Deputy Director, any assistant director, the chief special investigator, any senior special investigator” in subsection (1); and
(b)
by deleting the words “the Deputy Director, any assistant director, the chief special investigator, senior special investigator or” in subsection (2) and substituting the word “a”.
