Amendment of section 16
Section 16 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “, the Deputy Director, an assistant director, the chief special investigator, a senior special investigator” in the tenth and eleventh lines; and
(b)
by deleting the words “or the Deputy Director or the assistant director, the chief special investigator, senior special investigator” in the proviso.
