Clause 2

by deleting the words “Ngee Ann Technical College” in the long title and in sections 1, 2, 3, 17B and 17C and substituting in each case the words “Ngee Ann Polytechnic”; and

by deleting the word “College” in sections 2 to 6, 8, 9, 11 to 14, 15A, 16, 17, 17A and 18 and in the Schedule and substituting in each case the word “Polytechnic”.
