Clause 6

Section 16 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor: —“Payment of charges and fines

16. Subject to any agreement made between the Minister and any statutory body under section 3, all charges collected in any parking place under the provisions of this Act and all fines imposed for an offence under this Act or any rules made thereunder shall be paid into the funds of the Authority.”.
