Clause 2

A further sum of fourteen million, two hundred and twenty-two thousand, eight hundred and ninety dollars is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the financial year 1st April, 1980, to 31st March, 1981, to be appropriated according to the Schedule to this Act.
