Intentional damage to message
Any person who intending —
(a)
to prevent or obstruct the transmission or delivery of any message;
(b)
to intercept or to acquaint himself with the contents of any message; or
(c)
to commit mischief,damages, removes, tampers with or touches any Corporation’s installation or plant or its contents or interferes with the radio-communication service of the Corporation, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars or to both such imprisonment and fine.
