Clause 72

Fraudulently using information communication service or sending postal article

Any person who —

(a)

dishonestly uses or permits another person to use any information communication service provided by the Corporation with intent to avoid payment; or

(b)

sends any postal article bearing any fascimile, imitation or representation of postage stamps or purporting to be prepaid with any postage stamp which has previously been used to prepay any other postal article or which has otherwise been previously used,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars or to both such imprisonment and fine.
