Clause 81

Any person who, without the permission of the Corporation, places or maintains in or on any house or place, belonging to him or under his control, any word, letter or mark which signifies or implies or may reasonably lead the public to believe that the house or place is a Corporation’s installation or plant shall be guilty of an offence.
