Amendment of section 8
Section 8 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection: —“(4) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both such fine and imprisonment.”.
