Clause 4
Constitution of the Board
(1)
The Board shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
a Deputy Chairman;
(c)
the chief executive officer; and
(d)
such other members, not being less than five and not more than nine, as the Minister may from time to time determine.
(2)
The First Schedule to this Act shall have effect with respect to the Board, its members and proceedings.
