Clause 4

The principal Act is amended by deleting the words “Army Board” wherever they appear in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “Armed Forces Council”:Sections 2(1), 2(2), 4, 5(1), 9(1) (and marginal note), 10(1) (and marginal note), 11(1), 13(2) and 14(1).
