Clause 1

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment No. 2) Act 1983.(2) Sections 2 and 6 shall have effect for the year of assessment 1984 and subsequent years of assessment.(3) Sections 7 and 9 shall have effect for the year of assessment 1983 and subsequent years of assessment.
