Amendment of section 29

Section 29 of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or limited both by shares and guarantee” in the third line of subsection (1);

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “address” at the end of paragraph (c) of subsection (2), the words “and occupation”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “or a company limited both by shares and guarantee” in the second and third lines of subsection (4).
