Amendment of section 118

Section 118 of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “to which Division 2 of Part XI applies” in the second and third lines and substituting the words “registered under Division 2 of Part XI”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “a foreign company” at the end and substituting the words “such foreign company”.
