Amendment of section 119
Section 119 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “day on which it begins to carry on business or as from the fourteenth day after the date of its incorporation, whichever is the earlier,” in the first, second and third lines of subsection (1) and substituting the words “date of its incorporation”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “who is in default” in the second and third lines of subsection (2).
