Clause 3

by inserting, immediately after subsection (8), the following subsection:“(8A) Where a corporation or any officer produces a book, register or document pursuant to subsection (8), the Registrar or a person so authorised may —

take possession of such book, register or document and may make copies thereof or take extracts therefrom; or

retain possession of such book, register or document for such period as is necessary to inspect the same or to make copies thereof or take extracts therefrom.”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (11), the following subsection:“(12) The Minister may by notification in the Gazette add to, vary or amend the fees specified in the Second Schedule.”.
