Amendment of section 141
Section 141 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “and secretaries” in subsection (1) and in the marginal note thereto and substituting in each case the words “, secretaries and auditors”;
(b)
by deleting the words “and secretary” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “, secretary and auditor”;
(c)
by deleting the words “or secretary” wherever they appear in paragraphs (c), (d) and (e) of subsection (6) and in subsection (8) and substituting in each case the words “, secretary or auditor”; and
(d)
by deleting the words “who is in default” in the third line of subsection (7).
