Amendment of section 217
Subsection (1) of section 217 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (e); and
(b)
by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (f) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(g)of the Minister on the ground specified in paragraph (m) of subsection (1) of section 218,”.
