Amendment of section 320
Section 320 of the Companies Act is amended by deleting the words “twice its net tangible assets” in the last line and substituting the words “fifty per cent of its net tangible assets (or such larger percentage not exceeding one hundred per cent as the Registrar may, in any particular case, decide)”.
