Amendment of section 333
Section 333 of the Companies Act is amended by deleting subsection (5) and substituting the following subsection:“(5) Where an agent ceases to be an agent and if as a result the company is left with only one agent in Singapore, it shall, within twenty-one days after the agent ceases to be such, appoint another agent.”.
