Amendment of section 370
Subsection (1) of section 370 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Act” in the third line, the words “or who has been dealt with under subsection (4) or (4A) of section 371 for an offence under this Act”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “convicted” in the fifth line, the words “or after he has been so dealt with”.
