Clause 2

Section 399 of the Criminal Procedure Code is amended by deleting the words “twenty cents for each folio of one hundred words with a minimum of five dollars” in the proviso to subsection (1) and substituting the words “fifty cents for each folio of one hundred words with a minimum of ten dollars or such other fee as may be fixed from time to time by the Minister”.
