Clause 25

The Law Revision Commissioners appointed by the President on 26th March, 1982, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 3 of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act (1970 Ed., Cap. 1) shall be deemed to be the Law Revision Commissioners appointed under subsection (1) of section 3 of this Act and such Commissioners shall have and shall exercise all the powers and duties conferred or imposed upon them by this Act.
