Committee members entitled to payment of fees
(1)
The members of the committee of a body corporate may be paid such fees as the body corporate may in general meeting determine except that the amount of such fees shall not exceed such amount as may be prescribed by the Minister.
(2)
A body corporate may fix different amounts of fees payable to different members of a committee.
