Clause 41

Minister may make rules for purposes of this Act

(1)

The Minister may make such rules as he considers necessary or expedient for giving full effect to the provisions and purposes of this Act and for the due administration thereof.

(2)

Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Minister may make rules not inconsistent with this Act for or with respect to —

(a)

the fees to be paid to a body corporate for any thing to be done under this Act;

(b)

the fees to be paid to members of the committee of a body corporate;

(c)

the investments in which moneys in the sinking fund of a body corporate may be invested;

(d)

protecting the moneys in the sinking fund of a body corporate against possible misappropriation;

(e)

the proceedings of the committee of a body corporate;

(f)

the holding of meetings of the body corporate; and

(g)

any matter which by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed.
