Common seal of body corporate
(1)
The common seal of a body corporate shall be kept by such owners or members of the committee as the body corporate determines or, in the absence of any such determination, by the secretary of the committee.
(2)
The common seal of a body corporate shall only be affixed to an instrument or document in the presence of such two persons, being members of the committee, as the body corporate determines or, in the absence of any such determination, in the presence of the secretary and any other member of the committee, who shall sign the instrument to which the seal is affixed.
