New Fourteenth Schedule
The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the Thirteenth Schedule, the following Schedule:“FOURTEENTH SCHEDULESection 6(1)(k).Rates of Estate Duty in the Case of Persons Dying on or After 1ST April 1984Principal value of the estate $ Rate of DutyFor every dollar of the first...10,000,000 5 per centFor every dollar exceeding...10,000,000 10 per cent”.
