Clause 29

Section 101(1) of the Employment Act is deleted and the following subsection substituted therefor:“(1) Every employer shall prepare and keep a register showing the name, address, the rate of pay and allowances, the amount earned, and the amount of deductions made from the earnings of each employee employed by him and such other particulars as may be prescribed from time to time.”.
