Amendment of section 111
Section 111 of the Employment Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “person authorised in writing by the Commissioner or a medical officer” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “inspecting officer”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately before the words “inspecting officer” in subsection (2), the words “Commissioner or the”.
