Amendment of section 112
Section 112 of the Employment Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately before the words “inspecting officer”, the words “Commissioner or the”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately before the words “inspecting officer” in the marginal note, the words “Commissioner or”.
