Amendment of section 113
Section 113 of the Employment Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately before the words “inspecting officer” in subsection (1), the words “Commissioner or the”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “Powers of” in the marginal note, the words “Commissioner and”.
