Amendment of section 25

Section 25(d) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “public authority”, the words “or any company in which the Government or a public authority has a substantial interest or any company which is deemed to be related to that company by virtue of section 6 of the Companies Act (Cap. 185)”.
