Clause 8

Section 45 (1) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (g), the following paragraph:“(ga)with respect to the withdrawal of money from the medisave account of a member for medical treatment or services received by him, his spouse, child, parent or such other persons as may be prescribed, and to provide for the application of those regulations to any withdrawal from such account from 1st April 1984;”.
