Clause 9
Transitional provision in respect of an existing expanding enterprise
Section 20 of the principal Act in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall continue to apply to an expanding enterprise in respect of any certificate issued before such commencement to that enterprise under section 17 of the principal Act.
