Amendment of section 270
Section 270 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting subsection (1)(b) and (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)whenever it appears to the Minister that any certificated officer is unfit to discharge his duties whether by reason of incompetence, misconduct or for any other reason.”;
(b)
by deleting the proviso to subsection (1); and
(c)
by deleting subsection (3).
