Amendment of section 18

Section 18 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “five hundred dollars” in the fifth line of subsection (1) and substituting “$2,000”;

(b)

by deleting the words “one thousand dollars” in the sixth and seventh lines of subsection (1) and substituting “$5,000”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “two thousand dollars” in the third line of subsection (2) and substituting “$5,000”.
